Leadership Presence Model

The key elements of the model are intention, attention, action, and attitude.  A leader first determines how much direction and support are for a situation.  They next align their attention with their intention using focused attention for direction and scanning attention for support.  Attitude is the quality of their attention where they apply empathy and positive emotional support.  The key is for the leader to be mindful of their approach with each intervention.  Every leader has their own unique style of leadership, and this model is added to your existing style.
